View Park

View Park is an unincorporated community in Los Angeles. It was developed in the 1920s as an upper-middle-class neighborhood akin to Cheviot Hills. It is listed on the National Register of Historic Places, as a prestigious residential community.

View Park is also conveniently located near a popular state park, Kenneth Hahn, which features hiking trails, a Japanese garden, picnic areas, dog parks. Hahn Park also features, rolling hills and wonderful views of the city and mountains. It is centrally located for easy access to the Westside, Marina Del Rey, Culver City, LAX, and Downtown. It is quickly becoming a preferred neighborhood for many Westsiders and continues to be featured in CurbedLA and The Los Angeles Times as one of the hottest neighborhoods in Los Angeles.
