Altadena
Altadena is an unincorporated area directly north of the City of Pasadena CA.
Altadena has a number of hiking trails. One of the most popular trails is The Cobb Estate built by Lumber magnate Charles Cobb, located at the top of Lake Avenue. You will be inspired as you hike through this botanical garden, which is operated by the United States Forest Service.
Just down the road on Lake Ave is Farnsworth County Park, which offers picnic grounds, play areas, a clubhouse, and an amphitheater. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1997. One of Altadena’s newest points of interest, also located on Lake Ave, is the Bunny museum known as the Hoppiest place in Altadena.
