Hancock Park is an upscale residential community in the Wilshire area of Los Angeles CA. Here you will find beautiful mansions in architectural styles such as Tudor and Italian Revival. The Hancock Park HPOZ was adopted by City Council In 2008.

Hancock Park was put forever on the map as a neighborhood of the who’s who of American celebrity when some of the brightest stars of their time took up residence. Some of the celebrities included millionaire Howard Hughes, actress Mae West, jazz pianist Nat King Cole, and composer/arranger/tenor saxophonist Benny Golson.

This affluent neighborhood is within walking distance of Larchmont Village, home to the Larchmont Farmers Market held every Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Windsor Square, restaurants, and boutiques, live entertainment, and the La Brea Tar Pits which are one of the world’s most famous fossil localities, that have fascinated scientists and visitors for over a century.
